Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how DGTX Toolkit, published by DGTX (Digital Transformations) ("we", "us", "our"), handles information when you visit this website. We built the tools on this site to run entirely in your browser, so in most cases we never see your input at all — this policy mainly concerns the advertising and analytics services used to keep the site free.
1. Information we collect directly
The calculators and generators on this site process your input (numbers, text, dates, images) locally in your browser using JavaScript. That data is not transmitted to our servers and we do not store it, unless a specific tool explicitly tells you it saves your entries to your own device's local storage for convenience — in which case it stays on your device and is never sent to us.
If you use our contact form, the name, email address, and message you submit are sent to our form processing provider and to us, solely to respond to your enquiry.
2. Cookies and similar technologies
This site, and the third-party advertising services we use, may place cookies or similar technologies (such as web beacons or local storage) on your device. Cookies are small text files that allow a site or a third party to recognize your browser.
3. Google AdSense and advertising cookies
We use, or intend to use, Google AdSense to display advertising on this site. Google, as a third-party vendor, uses cookies to serve ads based on a visitor's prior visits to this site or other websites. Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads based on your visit to this site and/or other sites on the Internet.
- Google uses the DART cookie (and successor advertising cookies/identifiers) to serve ads to visitors based on their visit to this site and other sites on the internet.
- You may opt out of the use of the DART cookie, or personalized advertising generally, by visiting Google's Ads Settings at adssettings.google.com.
- Third-party vendors, including Google, may also use cookies to serve ads based on someone's past visits to this website or other websites.
- You can learn more about how Google uses data when you use our partners' sites or apps at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
Third-party advertising and analytics vendors we use may also use non-cookie technologies, but those technologies may similarly trigger the collection or use of information about your visits to this site.
4. Analytics
We may use analytics services (such as Google Analytics) to understand how visitors use this site in aggregate — for example, which tools are most popular. These services may use cookies and collect information such as your IP address, browser type, device type, and pages visited. This information is used in aggregate and is not used to personally identify you by us.
5. Your rights under GDPR (EEA/UK visitors)
If you are located in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you (limited to contact form submissions, as described above);
- Request correction or deletion of that data;
- Object to or restrict certain processing;
- Withdraw consent to non-essential cookies via your browser settings or Google's Ads Settings, at any time;
- Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details on our Contact page.
6. Your rights under CCPA (California visitors)
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) gives you the right to know what personal information is collected about you, to request its deletion, and to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information (as those terms are defined by the CCPA), which can include the use of advertising cookies for personalized ads. You can opt out of personalized advertising at any time via Google's Ads Settings, linked above, or by adjusting your browser's cookie settings. We do not knowingly sell the personal information of minors under 16.
7. Children's privacy
This site is not directed at children under 13 (or the relevant minimum age in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
8. Data retention
Contact form submissions are retained only as long as needed to respond to and resolve your enquiry. Any data saved by a tool to your own device's local storage remains under your control and can be cleared at any time via your browser settings.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
10. Contact
